All of us in the Norwin Community that are signing this petition desire to have a top tier football program in the WPIAL Quad A Foothills Conference. Norwin High School Football players deserve to have a program that is highly competitive and respected by all neighboring communities in the WPIAL. 0-9 and 2-7 records in successive seasons is not acceptable. Now is the time for our voices to be heard.
