This rule is beyond idiocy.
First the windows. Next, it's going to be the facade of the house itself. We will soon look like French Creek if we are not careful.
Don't get me started...let the people choose their own window coverings! C'mon! Why does anyone even care? They're window coverings!

The rules that empower the board and community rules were slipped into the sales agreement in the sections nobody actually reads the fine print in. I would like to know who really think the color of window coverings is important? to the value of the house? Its rules like this that scare people away.
