Vaccine passports are not needed as the sars covid 2 vaccines are still on trial until 2023. Just what the Nazis did with the Jews in Germany in the 1930's and we all know how that ended up. These vaccines do not prevent anyone from getting sars covid 2 or passing it on to someone else. As for protecting the NHS it has been in trouble over winter for the last 10 years or more.
