Passports don't work see Republic of Ireland which has a large vaccination population and yet the virus is out of control there. No one has yet showed scientific evidence the Passport or vaccines work. Passport's are bluntly medical discrimination nothing else.

Personal medical information is protected under article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998. Any form of coercion to procure ones personal medical details , to gain access to services. Contravenes European Council law.
