If you want people to use public transport instead of their cars, you need to continue to run the Northcote ferry.

We need as much alternative access to Auckland possible from the council unless you are are willing to upgrade our roads into Auckland to cope with e continual increase in traffic, due to higher density housing. Unacceptable neglect in planning.

Build a new all weather facility as we miss out on the shore e.g. trains and only knows when seapath and skypath will be completed

Well over 100 million to be spent on a bike path for a few, but not willing to repair/upgrade an existing ferry service - shameful

It is ridiculous not to have a fully functioning wharf for the ferry when we are trying to get people out of their cars.

The Northcote Point Ferry is a valuable asset to the community. As well as a pleasant way to travel. If it had reliable and consistent service it might ease some of the traffic congestion on Queen St in the mornings.
