We purchased in Northcote Point as we throught the ferry was a great alternative for us to get into the CBD and get our cars off the road. We are diverststed to see this disappear and strongly feel that this needs to stay for future proffing our Auckland transport connection for many generations as we now look to make major turns on alternative ways to travel. This warf will complement the sky path and cycle ways and be a major attraction for family’s and cyclists loop across by bike and have a option to ferry back, enjoy our harbour. Other amazing harbour cites offer this and we should be too. There is a lot it offers for a seaside community and for tourism. I feel AT has a very narrow mind set for the Community of Northcote Point and since then 50s it just keeps getting butchered up with roads and strange cycle ways which haven’t been throught properly on the impact of land and people in this small village community . A new cycle way has resently been completed and leads down to there to the warf.... . we are a harbour city so why not encourage people to use it. Be able to get more vehicles and busses out of the CBD.

At its inception this became a very useful service to N’cote. It is unfortunate it has not been used to its full potential - it needs vision to folly maximise the facility - esp in conjunction with the restaurant and sky walk should see an intergration with wharf. To destroy it would be extremely short sighted and a waste of our money.

The Northcote Point is very important for the locals and the many visitors to Auckland - it’s part of the transport system - just fix it and maybe even modernise it

Keep the Northcote wharf - upgrade sounds great. We would use it (especially on weekends!) if there were more services

The wharf is a staple of northcote pt life. Not continuing the ferry would be a complete dis-service to not just northcote pt passengers but everyone who park and rides to the city. This would be completely unacceptable

There are already limited options from the shore to the city. We need more options. Not less.

We need to keep this going considering the traffic congestion on our roads
