This plan needs nipping in the bud. The proposed crematorium would be just the start and any remaining parkland would be swallowed up for interments soon after. Prevent this at all costs!

Leave our park alone!

Publicly owned land shall remain just that. No more "enclosure" tactics.

We use this space for forest school which benefits a group of children in the community.

This most valued open space was dubstep for recreational use to the people of Shipley . I was born close to Northcliffe Woods and spent my childhood walking through these woods and playing fields . I then raised my fabulous in the same area . When I visit my Mum who still lives in Shipley , I visit these woods too . They are not your woods to meddle with and the Shipley residents deserve to have this legacy honoured not squandered .

I enjoy walking in the woods with my dogs and there are always children there playing. We need to fight this and keep the park as it is.

It was given to the people and so should remain with the people.

I've got wonderful memories of playing in Northcliffe with my family as a child. I've now got my own son who I want to be able to create these memories with too. This would be a huge loss to many people.

We walk our dog here regularly. Some weeks we go 4/5 times and in the summer we take a picnic and can often spend a few hours in the woods and sitting on the grass. We always see lots other people using the park for running, biking, walking, picnicking, playing sports and other things. If this was to be built we would no longer use the park, which would be a huge shame.

This open space was given to the people of Shipley to enjoy. I spent years walking with my children and my dog up there. There aren’t enough houses in this area for the living and whilst I recognise the deceased have to have a final resting place , families with children need outdoor space to enjoy. This is a dreadful idea.

This is yet another bright idea that Bradford Council has come up with. They are the trustees of Northcliffe NOT the owners. The people own the park not the council. This must not happen...
