Surely a more suitable site can be chosen! Northcliffe Woods is a precious location used by our preschoolers, children and local people. Please look elsewhere!

One of the charities objectives states: "THE LANDS AND WOODLANDS CONVEYED BY THE INDENTURE SHALL BE USED AT ALL TIMES HEREAFTER SOLELY AND ENTIRELY AS AN OPEN SPACE FOR THE RECREATION AND BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND FOR NO OTHER PURPOSE WHATEVER AND NOT FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROFIT AND ALL INCOME DERIVED FROM THE ESTATE SHALL BE USED FOR THE MAINTENANCE DEVELOPMENT OR IMPROVEMENT OF THE ESTATE .

My son's nursery use the park regularly and use Northcliffe for Forest School sessions. This change of use would certainly have an impact on his enrichment

Land is for the community. Green land should be maintained- for health, to reduce air pollution and for community enjoyment.

We played in this park many a Monday and after nursery days it’s a blessing such big beautiful open space: please please don’t destroy the sense of adventure and openness leading over from bingley- Saltaire- Shipley Our nursery also took the children every Thursday to Forest school which they loved. I also used to do running club and loved going through those woods. It’s a space for all.

Use the money to update Nab Wood Crematorium and leave Northcliffe as a park as it was intended to be.

I completely oppose the proposed changes to Northcliffe Park. It will impact my neighbourhood and the surrounding environment negatively. As a family we regularly enjoy the park and surrounding woods as an important recreational activity. I can view the park directly from my home and to replace this with a cemetery will be eyesore and I also fear the change will devalue my property, making the beautiful area a less desirable placd to live in.

There are other locations this can be put. Lets keep what little woodland we have. children use this area for a local. forest school.

There are plenty of unused old buildings that would be sufficient for this purpose rather than ruining green belt land

Our children use this park -and their Forest School is very near the proposed area for this development. Please reject this application.

This public park was bequeathed to the people for purposes of leisure and relaxation, we must fight to preserve our vital urban green spaces for the future health and well-being of the people of the Bradford District

It would be an absolute disgrace to lose such beautiful part of Shipley green land

Seems a strange choice . Is it not too simple to reuse the original site?

Northcliffe is for the benefit of the local people to be used as an open space, not to be chipped away by the council for other uses
