We use this playground regularly and see many other people there as well. As our child has gotten older, we have seen the playground deteriorate. The hole under the tire swing is getting bigger and bigger, the twisty slide broke and was removed, etc. This playground needs some love!

Please make renovations for our park!!!

I am signing this because I am a teacher at the Thompson school and I recognize that there are some improvements to be made.

My son plays here. This park needs some maintenance and has safety issues.

In September we will have 2 students st Thompson School. We have lived in town for 4 years. In these years we have never seen the playgrounds, courts and fields not in use at North Union Park. All day, 7 days a week, children and adults are there together. Also being the only spray park in town, it gets high traffic over the summer. It’s a privilege to have such a benefit in our neighborhood and we want everyone in town to have a place to come to where kids can run and play for hours. We support all maintenance effiorts, and would be willing to pitch in, if parents are called upon to help. Thank you.

My two sons love this playground so much! We would like to see some repair and renovations done on this playground.

We cannot attend the meeting, but we use this park all the time and our kids love it. We'd love to help improve this space for our family and our neighbors.

My daughter loves this playground where she can meet many of her friends and play together. This playground has been heavily used and definitely need a renovation.

I often consider the significance of the playground and fields adjacent to my elementary school in Western Massachusetts where I grew up. I learned as much on those playgrounds and fields as I did in the classroom. I was in 3rd grade when my playground was renovated. It was one of the best moments of my childhood. North Union Park is an asset to the entire East Arlington community and neighboring areas. Most days you'll find one or both of my daughters there, splashing and swinging, laughing and learning, Let's work together to prioritize these necessary improvements for our community!
