My 4 year old son has autism. Due to his disability he cannot wear a mask - he simply cannot tolerate it. Due to these mask mandates throughout New York he has missed out on so much. I am sad for the boy who loves animals and cannot visit a zoo. I am sad for the boy who talks about sharks non-stop and cannot visit an aquarium. I am sad for the boy who cannot go into a store to pick out a toy. I am vaccinated. I will wear a mask, if need be, but I am an adult who can handle it. My son cannot and his childhood is being stolen and that makes me sad.

Masks are dangerous for the childrens health. Masking children is a form of child abuse. Stop all masking now!! Its an excercise in teaching complience .

You are responsible for your own health. Masks do not protect you from Covid. Look up the science yourself: it’s there.

It’s not healthy for children to be wearing masks all day long.

I’d rather have questions that can’t be answered than answers that can’t be questioned.

Masks (as used outside of a lab or surgery) are useless, dangerous and inhumane, especially for children. Keep them free to breath fresh air and see the smiling faces of their friends and instructors! If the administration can’t see reason with this then we won’t be attending this fall semester.

It should be a parents choice to whether they want their children to wear a mask or not
