There are better locations for a storage facility. Please don't put it in our neighborhood.

There are too few areas that have a neighborhood feel. Norterra currently does and I'd hate to ruin that with too many commercial businesses in the area. Please preserve our beautiful peaceful neighborhood.

I do not want this type of facility in my neighborhood. I have lived near these types of facilities in the past and they were detrimental to the area and created no value to the community.

I am strongly opposed to this storage facility. It belongs in an industrial area, not in the middle of an upscale, family neighborhood.

This is a nice residential neighborhood, not the place for a public storage facility!

I am strongly in opposition to this storage facility and the type of use for this property. The area surrounding this location features upscale homes and higher-end apartment complexes. Within less than a 5 minute drive, there are SEVERAL storage facilities. Another one is not needed, nor is it wanted.
There are better uses for this area - shops, restaurants, something that is going to bring LOCAL flavor and business into the area. There is no reason why this area can't grow into an area known for local shops and restaurants like other areas of Phoenix. A storage unit isn't going to bring anything of value to the area. In fact the opposite, who wants to live right by something like this? It's going to drive out residents who moved here looking for a scenic, quiet, and safe residential area.

This structure would be better suited for an industrial area, not a upmarket neighborhood which appreciates their property value.

The facility isn't needed, is extremely large and will be an eye sore to the community.

Why on earth would anyone allow a facility where people come from far and wide to store their items not suitable for their homes - right in the heart of an upscale neighborhood. I, for one, would like to protect our property values, and I strongly oppose this storage facility - which can just as effectively be placed somewhere else - not right on a main residential road. Most cities would never allow this. Its' outrageous that Phoenix is even considering it.

Mr Waring stop this facility. Please listen to your constituents, or we can find someone who will.
We don't need more storage facilities
