The Norterra community has waited many years for this land and the surrounding area to develop into an area that contributes to the community positively. Shops and stores that offer a destination for foot traffic, cyclist, future trailhead traffic on the canal, and long standing contributions are what the area needs. We are committed and embedded in this community and do not want to see a structure come in that does not reflect the lifestyles of the area. Moreover, the apartment communities in the area offer onsite storage for their luxury apartment residents. We collectively value walk ability and community amenities that add value to our lives. Preserve the beauty of the area and meet the needs of the community by denying the special permit for this monstrous eye sore and redundant storage facility.

De Rito Partners - it isn't our fault because you haven't been able to close commercial deals on your property for 3 years! We shouldn't suffer because you can't close deals and kept your rent high where businesses went else where. We do NOT want a 74,000 shell in our backyards
