This is an absolutely horrible idea. What this neighborhood needs are nice, NON-CHAIN, restaurants and a nice neighborhood bar where people can gather and listen to some music and be relatively close to home. There are a TON of those eye-sore looking storage facilities and this has no place in a residential neighborhood.

I share the views of my neighbors regarding this matter. A storage facility in this location creates a land use void where active, neighborhood commercial uses we're intended. I strongly oppose this ugly structure and stale land use.
