We move here based on Zoning of residential and commercial rules, now a company wants to change the rules to their benefit and not the residence whom live here. Just Wrong.

As a former law enforcement officer, I agree with the comments made regarding theincrease in crime. In fact, the homeless use these facilities as lodging, thus increasing the dangers to themselves and others.

I am opposed to this rezoning effort and especially opposed to the height of this structure. We have plans in place for our beautiful north gateway village, but if we keep changing the zoning what is the point of the plans. You'll just end up with a Mish mash of crap and hurt everyone.

Current storage businesses in the area are not operating at close to full capacity now. An additional facility will only promote the potential failure of already established storage businesses as well as this proposed one. NO MORE STORAGE FACILITIES!
