There is an oversaturation of mini storage facilities in North Phoenix. The very nature of needing to rezone the property speaks to the fact that it does not belong there. These types of uses belong on the periphery of bedroom communities, not in the center of them.

I am against this rezoning. Does not bring any value to our area and we already have a new storage facility that was recently built.
