As a property owner in the immediate vicinity of this proposed facility, I am dead set against this type of commercial development!

85085 is inundated with storage facilities. This is not wanted or needed in our neighborhood. Enough, already!!

I do not support a rezoning of this location for storage facilities.

Please don’t allow this change. The last thing we need is yet ANOTHER storage facility up this way and all the rif raft that comes along with it. Please consider what the residents are asking. Thank you!!

I am VERY opposed to a storage shed next to my community, across from luxury apartments and at a main intersection. I feel it will devalue my property and be an eyesore. I realize they have a need but I feel that don’t need to be at main intersections near beautiful homes.

This rezoning needs to be denied. This type of business does not add any value to this family orientated community.

I fully support the denial of this rezoning for two reasons. One, the original plan laid out for the area was designed to be astetically pleasing and provide a balance between residential and commercial. The City of Phoenix oftens rezones parcels much to the detriment of the surrounding community. Two, the placing of a two story storage facility in the proposed location greatly damages the value of the surrounding neighborhood. Phoenix zoning gets a “F” in enforcing astetically pleasing design. In short, this will end up being another brightly lit building that provides zero value to the community within which it exists. Please turn this request down and begin to take seriously the long term impact of improper zoning.

In my opinion we do not need a facility of this type so close to our neighborhood and directly behind the current homes already located there

We join our neighbors in voicing these concerns.

We do not need storage unit in a neighborhood that backs up to houses. There are more viable locations.

There are so many storage units near by. We don't need yet another one, let alone in the heart of a neighborhood. Please reconsider a location to a more business oriented area.
