I would much rather something else that would bring up the value of our neighborhood. We have enough storage facilities in this area and I am concerned about the safety of our area.

I live in Sonoran Commons. I do not want the storage facility. It will make the value of my house go down. It will be an eyesore to look at in a residential neighborhood. It will bring crime to the area. Please locate in a commercial zone area.

This would be an eyesore, plus 2 other facilities are going up a couple of miles away. That's in addition to the ones already in business.

Councilman Waring!! Please stop this from coming to the area being proposed. I would like to see planning that would benefit so many of us. I personally do not want this on a major Intersection but would rather see it tucked away from the street. I would love to see more beauty brought to the area. I would love to know how long term plan, so much development is happening but I feel like things are just being put into property that is available. We have been seeing are so many apartments, I have nothing against them but we need to have other things brought here.
