The last thing this area needs is a storage facility. This is an upscale neighborhood and this type of business will decrease desirability. What should be there are restaurants.

We do not need another storage facility, there are many in the area already. Especially one that backs up to houses.

If residents say it’s not necessary why bring it in. They belong in industrial areas and that’s not what this is..

No more storage units are needed in this area there are already two within a five mile radius and I doubt they are full. Stop being lazy and find something that would benefit the community

People invest money in living in a quality area that supports a neighborhood community, not a transient byway. We are a residential community that is heavily traversed by pedestrians and bicyclists. I self-storage business is not meant for a community such as ours. There's a reason it is zoned the way it is. Regardless of its design, a business like this, and on that corner, will change the face of our community. I strong object to any storage facility being built in the middle of our community.
