As a resident in Sonoran Commons, a storage facility in addition to the Circle K on the same corner will only increase criminal activity in our neighborhood. Please help us protect our neighborhood.

There are already enough of such facilities in the 85085! Stop allowing our beautiful area to become a retail outlet of storage facilities and other businesses that kill home values and bring crime issues to the neighborhood.

Please slow the growth on the north corridor. The roads cannot handle the traffic and the freeway is already congested. Where is the water going to come from? This is not why most of us moved here. We moved here to get away from the city life.

No no no. We do not need another in this area. There are at least 4 other storage areas within the area. I’m sure none of them are at capacity! We need local businesses that the community can enjoy not another storage facility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
