We, the residents of this area do not wish to have storage facilities and the like type business in our neighborhood. We are seeking business that bring community together such small restaurants (not chains) , coffee shops and boutiques.

Already multiple storage facilities in a close radius - no demand for this in the area. Already an increase in crime after the circle k went in. This will only increase that in our neighborhood.
In order for me to agree to this, this builder should agree to pay for the costs associated with gating our community as means to prevent a small percentage of the crackheads this facility will attract.

I do not want this storage building built right next to my neighborhood. It will bring all types of crime!! Please look elsewhere. We already have plenty of storage in the area. Thank you!

There are people in these neighborhoods who want good food, activities and shops in this area. Another storage unit is not needed and will pull property values down.

This is TOO close to residential homes - Go across the street across the 6 lane street - North of Sonoran Desert Road - not behind their residential backyards! This will be an eye sore if it fails in a few years! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!
