My daughter and grandchildren live in Sonoran Commons and I don’t want them to have to deal with the issues that come with it. There is no reason for a storage unit at that location. Most units would be used for no good

Norterra does not need another storage unit. grocery stores, health conscious retail and food fronts are what the community needs

Our area is beautiful and quiet, there’s multiple self-storage facilities less than 5 miles from here. Don’t waste valuable space.

I dont want this type of business in my beautiful neighborhood. There is already a large one on Deer Valley & 19th, which is a commercial area where they should be.

Why should the residents of this area be put at risk just to allow greedy developers to make easy money. This area should have stores and restaurants that fit with the original development plan. Please vote NO on rezoning.
