Norfolk KofC Council 3845 should be formally disbanded

how could you REALLY!!!! "Get behind me Satan" as our Lord told St. Peter!! Take heed leaders of that council get with it and get your head out of your ass!!

I have signed the petition but would suggest that perhaps there are a great many Knights (Good Knights) in that council that had no say in the decision to invite this Govenor to be Grand Marshal of the Parade and in fact were probably against it. You know how few brothers attend the Council Business meetings every month as shown in our OWN Council meetings. It would seem to me that the Chair officers who were involved in this debacle should be the ones held responsible and removed from office and their memberships revoked in the Order and that the Virginia State Council complete an investigation into the process that took place ending in this BAD decision. Obtain a per member vote of their agreement or disagreement to this decision to get a feel for who was actually involved and who were passively included in the wrongful decision. It wouldn't seem fair to punish all for the actions of a few misguided officers/brothers. Just a thought in defense of the brothers who weren't cognizant of the decision process.

It is deplorable that the Knights of Columbus would have Terry McAuliffe as grand speaker whenhe espouses all theh current cultural imorality that is 100% against Church teaching (AKA Christ's teaching) Please disinvite him and ask a Pro life ,Pro traditional marriage. They do exist and one would be happy to be the Grand Marshall.

Please donot invite Gov. Terry McAuliffe to be the Grand Marshall of the St. Patrick's Day Parade. His views are totally against the teachings of the Catholic Church. My father, who was a 4th degree Knight would turn over in his grave at this. Please do the right thing!!!

I used to think so highly of the Knights of Columbus. I now think there are some Coucils that do not act in accord with the teachings of the Catholic Church. I am disgusted to learn that Fr. Robert Kealey Council in Norfolk invited Terry McAuliffe to a place of honor in the St. Patrick's Day parade. McAuliffe is a disgrace to the Catholic Church. Fr. Kealey must be turning over in his grave. I have encouraged my son not to renew his membership in the Knights.
