We must stand up to these ruthless ,selfish, money hungry people who exploited the hard working people as a way of life. This plan was a hidden agenda on my way the Part of these business men and we must fight to keep our community residential.

I purchased a new home in the Highlands thinking that this was going to stay a nice residential neighborhood.

Landmark 24 continues to disappoint me. They have done a very bad job maintaining the areas and keeping the residents on the right track. Now they want to rezone our quiet neighborhood? I for one do not want the hear trucks and that extra traffic in the area. We have a very special and quiet community so far and this would destroy what we all have built. There are a ton of small kids who walk along these roads to the clubhouse and pool, this would put them in a harms way. We need to get rid of Landmark 24 and find a better HOA!

I live in Highland Crossing, and I do not want this land rezoned. For the first year I lived here I couldn't figure out the booming sound I would hear. Then I realized it was coming from the industries on Jimmy Deloach. This is a residential neighborhood, we want peace and quite. No noise, and pollution. It's disturbing that Landmark 24 would want to rezone this land rather than execute their original plans. It show's that their only intent is to make the quickest dollar they can. They control our HOA's and our clubhouse which they put minimal time, effort, and money into. They have no reguard for the communities they created, they have made their money off of us and now intend line their pockets at our expense.

This is a residential neighborhood. We have small children who will be put in danger by the large trucks that will constantly be on the road. They have no business exposing our families to this added risk.
In addition, we bought our homes expecting to reside in a residential area--can you honestly say you're operating in good faith (or ethically) to sell homes to families on the idea of being in a residential neighborhood only to change to an industrial zone later?

We don't need warehouse and we don't need anymore trucks around here especially with drivers who don't know how to drive. I have small children and this is a big concern to me.

If be ok with them turning it to light industrial. however, they will not connect it to our main road and they will give us our second club house that is bigger and has a bigger pool/slide/weight room and all around more amenities for what we pay.
