It is clear that Landmark24 and the MPC do not care about our neighborhood, but to purposefully attempt to deceive the residents for their profit\purpose is criminal. Van Johnson has already made up his mind as he says it is "strongly recommended". I guess the community meeting is simply

I do not wish for the area at the end of Highlands Boulevard to be zoned for industrial use. Doing so would be detrimental to the nearly 10 neighborhoods in the immediate area.

We do not need any more industrial type traffic near our neighborhoods. Keep it residential!

I don't support the rezoning of residential areas to commercial. This area is already busy enough with all of the residential construction. I'm sure it wouldn't get any better with delivery trucks and services.

I completely disagree with this proposal. The land should remain residential.

I do not like the idea of changing the land from residential to Commercial. We have invested into this area and desire it to be completed as previously planned. No to re-zoning Please!!!!!

Absolutely not Landmark 24 is building houses at a massive rate and the home owners in the highland neighborhoods our yearly dues are paying for whatever it is they are doing and it is not fare they are already killing us in the housing area and as for the amenity center we are paying for that and some of us cant even have the uses of it come on now these people need to be stopped.

Our community must stay residential. We have enough semi-trucks on Jimmy DeLoach; we don't need them driving through our neighborhood too.

We do not want this rezoning for our neighborhood.
