The Mobility Coalition is comprised of local business owners and residents concerned about Metro\'s plans for light rail construction on Richmond Avenue. We are a diverse group of individuals who want a safe, economical and practical alternative to what would surely be a major disruption on one of the inner Loop\'s main thoroughfares.
