Overflying a coast popular with holidays for families with children would be deeply unwelcome with voters.

Stop the aeroplanes going over houses.

Night flights are utter madness. I wouldn't inflict them on my worse enemy.

Re-opening the airport would wreck Ramsgate. I am against ALL flights (except AHEM flights) night or day.

Night flights, whether for cargo or passenger use will disturb sleep and have a detrimental effect on my families health and the wealth generation potential of Ramsgate

As a frequent visitor to Ramsgate and surrounding areas it will be a travesty if there were to be night flights into Manston again let alone the airport actually being opened. RSP have not consulted properly with local residents and the PINS needs to be made fully aware of this. I am just glad the NNF are doing such a good job of this!

The flight path is right over residential areas (including my house) and the growing night life scene in ramsgate

This would be a tragedy for Thanet. We need more jobs than a freight hub can provide. The business park, in my opinion would be better as well as providing housing. The airport would just provide pollution and noise. Not good for us or tourism.

Flights during the day are fine but people under flight path need a break at night

Night flights would decimate the fragile economy of this area. No assessment of pollution or environmental impacts have been made. Definitely NO NIGHT FLIGHTS

We do not want the noise , the pollution, or the extra lorry's on the thanet way, going to and from the airport, . with fuel and cargo, plus the fumes from the traffic. To be kept awake at night is not good for anyones well being, more trips to the doctors.

Please no night flights. New airport should contribute to, not jeopardise, the regeneration efforts already on hand in Thanet.

We suffered from the night flights over South London from City airport before moving down here. You cannot believe how disruptive it is and how damaging for your mental health.

I have no problem with the occasional exception to night flights, but I do take exception to the proposals put forward by the people who are trying to set Manston up as a freight hub, which would include many and regular night flights.

My only reservation about signing this is that by saying no to night flights could be taken as tacit approval for daytime flights, which are almost as bad and to which I strongly object. Nevertheless, I've signed.

I live under the flight path and although people including our MP say that 90% want the airport open, no-one has ever asked me what I think. it have not been a commercial success for over two decades, despite having reputable air companies in charge, there is no landmass for huge car parks and cargo can't take off laden because the runway is too short. So we are landed with nighttime cargo overhead, with the royal harbour full of £million yachts who won't continue to come if they have a plane every 20mins throughout the night. We should be investing in that, Thanet's major asset, not an airport that has never proved it's purpose.
