I am against any airport in this area.

Our listed hotel would not be able to change the windows to protect us from the noise, so we would loose business.

I live in Ramsgate & would be right under flight path of planes coming from the East. I have followed & read proposals & no way are they acceptable. I think residents of Ramsgate,as most affected, have been sidelined. Roger Gale represents Margate where residents are not going to have their life's blighted.

Re-opening Manson as an airport for ANY flights doesn't make economical sense. In reality, available jobs will be fewer as an airport as aero-industry professionals will have to be brought in. Night flights are very disruptive. There is little mention of noise and fuel pollution. I suppose you have to have had the experience of smaller airports to understand the intrusion they have into everyday life. I'm also concerned at "back handers" in this decision.
