The undersigned makes the following statement freely, without coercion, threat, or promise of reward.
We willingly paid an initial service fee and entered into a Project Partner Agreement with COR Development Group in order to obtain access to their advice, counsel, and funding resources.
We entered into the agreement with the full understanding that it would be a joint venture partnership to raise capital and fund our projects on an equitable basis and we were never led to believe at any time that the agreement represented a security or investment contract.
We understand that it has always been our right to cancel the agreement, and request the return of our funds. We have chosen not to do so, despite recurring delays in the delivery of funds.
We do not consider ourselves to be victims and, if called upon, we will be willing to testify on behalf of Alberto B. Colon and Artemio Rivera.

I have been busy compiling our statements to ensure the court understands that our business partnerships were entered into with full awareness. The silence from the authorities is frustrating but we are preparing our next steps to ensure the truth about our agreements remains clear.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms that so many of us feel exactly the same way about our partnership with Alberto and Artemio. It is a relief to see that we are finally coming together to set the record straight about our actual experience.

I signed a contract with COR, I was offered a refund if I did not want to wait for there success in finding funding for our Joint Venture project. I will continue to support our partnership and do not consider myself a victim.
COR, Alberto B. Colon and Artemio Rivera, are a loadstar in my Company's journey. I stand with them in not only the anticipated funding, but perhaps more importantly, in the vision. One cannot have the vision without the man. The Vision is what aligned us.
I fully support COR's effort in this funding initiative and will continue to support our relationship.
I fully support COR's actions and efforts and will stand behind our relationship...
I am proud to be a COR partner and look forward with anxious anticipation the ability to move forward with our project. I do not consider myself a victim.

Not only have I been proud to join with COR in this funding initiative, but I have found that COR's efforts to stay in communication with us and to bring together the Project Partners for discussion and mutual support admirable. Over 100 of us have had the opportunity to get to know each other, to share our dreams and aspirations and to plan for the future.
