This club would bring a lot of money to the village with people dining, shopping and staying over in hotels. What's not to like?

The variance should be granted, because the Jazz Forum Club will add much needed quality entertainment to Tarrytown and the County of Westchester.

Please look beyond these restrictive and stifling codes that are placing heavy burdens on the Arts, while resulting in little additional convenience for patrons like myself. I'd rather walk five blocks from my parking spot than have such a great draw kept from Tarrytown. I'm sure others would agree, and we probably number more than the number of spots you are requesting. Thank you.

Mark Morganelli has been a force in live music presentation for decades. We met in New York City in the '60s and I value his continuing determination to provide us with the ONLY American-created art form, Jazz. I have had the great opportunity to play with some of our greatest improvisers including Miles Davis, Nina Simone, Sonny Rollins, Sarah Vaughan and others, and as such provide my voice in support Mark's initiative to establish a live music venue.
Thank you.

I have known Mark Morganelli for many years and I have played many times for his jazz productions. He is very experienced and dependable and this would be a step in the right direction for the city of Tarrytown.

A good jazz club in Tarrytown would be good for the Village and for the residents of Westchester who can't find a good venue to enjoy jazz.

As a Rivertowns resident for nearly 30 years, I believe the Jazz Forum jazz club would greatly benefit our region in general and Tarrytown in particular.

We live in NYC and would take the train to Tarrytown to hear jazz at this new club.
