Jazz Forum Arts is a wonderful organization and the opening of this club would satisfy a genre of music Westchester County needs more of than what is presently offered. Please give this venue your utmost consideration . The public would welcome and support it.

Strongly support the establishment of this jaxx club and believe the proposed parking solution is an excellent one that will not impede the success of the venue

A community is not a community without provision for the arts in all its forms.
If the board has concerns about parking issues, it's worth noting that it's very difficult to get people to come out to any venue for live music except under exceptional circumstances, and parking issues are likely to be imperceptible from the town's point of view. If anything, the Town should be offering Jazz Forum Arts a rent or other such subsidy so they can keep presenting music in Tarrytown regardless of the presence or lack of cars in the lots. The arts are worth public support. Every other civilized society does so.

I live in Irvington, come to Tarrytown frequently and can't plead strongly enough for this venue to exist!!
It would clearly be a big positive for all the businesses in town.
