Rose Kennedy has nothing to do with New Ross.
Eileen Gray is a good Wexford woman of world renown if you want a Wexford woman to call it after.

Suggest - Martin Doyle Bridge - New Ross Man awarded VC in WW1 - Munster Fusiliers - Later in Old IRA in War of independence - in Irish Army thereafter.

Kennedy name overkill esp when the woman never set foot in the area. Keep it local. There are enough far more deserving local people to name the bridge after.

I Think it really should be called All Soles Bridge in memory of all who Lost there lives in Barrow or the People's Bridge

The Kennedy name has done a lot for tourism in the area but it's time for a change and to let the people pick a suitable name for the new bridge
