Not going to suggest a name but the whole Kennedy fiasco has to stop,there is enough historical figures from the south East that would be far more suitable than rose Kennedy.

The bridge should be named after Nick O'Donnell, one of the greatest ever hurlers played for both KK & WX, much better local connections than any American Kennedy IMO!

It should be called the "Stoney" bridge, coz David "Stoney" Burke played for both Wexford and Kilkenny at Senior County level. He mighn´t have been in goal for an All Ireland winning team,(but was on the Cats squad and got a medal), and thats a lot more than any of the Kennedys can boast about. Purple and Gold and Black and Amber, thats what shud be taken into consideration, and not ammi ass kissin

This idea of naming this bridge after another Kennedy is pathetic. There are plenty more worthwhile names to think of and I think it would be a great idea for the people to choose a name. Having a competition would be a great way.

Almost as bad as Moneygall being plastered with Obama all over it. Run a public competition but state in the terms that bogus names like Bridgey McBridgeface will be discarded.
