On 3/23/03, The Academy Awards held their 75th Annual Oscar Ceremony. This petition is to strip Documentary Feature Michael Moore of his Award due to the harsh comments he made against the United Status and President Bush. As an American citizen, I was appalled by the comments he made against our country and was deeply saddened that he was allowed to get such a horrible message out there. Whether you are for or against Operation: Iraqi Freedom, during this tough time ALL AMERICANS need to show solidarity. I ask that people sign this petition in support of taking away Mr. Moore\'s Academy Award as a symbol of American Citizens sticking together and showing our country support. The recipients of this petition are family and friends of mine. I would like to start by getting the word out to them and hopefully they will in turn get the word out to others and so on. I would like this to get out asap, so that we can work on getting the word out there and get Mr. Moore\'s award taken away as quickly as possible.
