RE : NOISE POLLUTION BY GATE OF HOLINESS WORSHIP CENTER CHURCH.
We are writing to formally request your help in dealing with an ongoing issue with the neighbouring church.
We have lived for years and and some of us months and have greatly enjoyed our experience in this community at Racecourse Gardens.
However, every other Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday Saturday and all Sundays our families, friends and visitors are exposed to loud preaching and singing. Out of the tens of churches in the neighborhood, ***** church constantly blasts music and summons. I hear the music for hours and hours every time the church opens. This is particularly bad on
1. Early mornings on Sundays wake up hard working residents who want to rest up on Sundays.
2. Most evenings on the week days, when kids should be doing assignments or evenare resting up.
Besides residents, we have Airbnb's in the estate and most of them are inconvenienced; losing return customers and referrals. These type of business thrives as the week sunsets into the weekend.
We believe this type of disturbance violates common sense. Additionally, the behavior is in violation of the country's noise pollution laws. Church noise is listed as one of the complaint that can be reported to NEMA.
To resolve this issue, we would like you; the management to get in touch with *** church and facilitate a resolution.

Seeing the momentum grow is draining but it proves we are not alone in this fight for peace in our homes. The volume of support confirms my suspicion that I was not the only one losing sleep over this noise.

The church needs to get the sound system balanced for it to serve its members internally without the noise pollution to the Race course gardens residents and surrounding neighborhood
It's a nightmare We have no peaceful mornings nor nights every Tuesday to Sunday

Too much noise from the church.
Noise is too much and when asked politely to lower the volume they ignore it.

The church Noise is becoming a nuisance to the neighbouring residents and it needs to come to an end. As a matter of fact not everyone is a christian so the preaching should be confined among the worshippers only!!
