Until Clemmons decides if it wants to grow, I vote NO. Clemmons does not have the infrastructure to handle more traffic. As for the traffic light timing, I think an official said that it wouldn’t matter since if they lengthen the cycle for one side, it will lengthen the cycle for the other side.

The residents of Clemmons West do NOT want the Industrial Park. I have written all of the FC Commissioners expressing opposition. This neighborhood has stood the test of time and I look forward to hearing the developers choosing an alternate site.

More traffic for an area that we have enjoyed for years, problems for residents the live near, and this pretty much kills any ideas of any of my friends who had plans to move in that area. I say, NO WAY.

We really feel that the Industrial Park will bring down the value of our homes, create problematic traffic through our neighborhood, and seems like much of this industrial park has been planned (not very well) without the much of Clemmons being considered.

We have been proud residents of this community for 25 years and despite legitimate concerns being raised over the Industrial Park a deaf ear is being turned. We will be forced to leave the village we so love.
