Clemmons is beautiful little village, home for families and children to growing up. No need industrial parks here.

Traffic is getting out of hand in Clemmons.

I am opposed to development near Tanglewood that is out of character for this rural residential and park area. This land should be incorporated into Tanglewood or used to.enhance the residential and rural park setting that exists. It is the wrong place for industrial development.

Please consider the amount of traffic that would be cutting through our tranquil neighborhood. I have lived here in the same house for 34 years because I love it! I love the people, the quietness, the safety and the beauty of Clemmons West. Why do people outside our neighborhood dictate what happens in our own community. Think of your neighborhood and family. Would you want a factory and additional traffic near your home?

Middlebrook Drive is too congested as it is. It’s a residential area that can’t handle more commercial traffic.

This development would cause excessive traffic congestion, accidents with trucks, and would decrease property values!

The current infrastructure cannot handle this amount of traffic. This is a bad location for such a project.

NO! NO! NO!! Where do I even begin? Clemmons cannot handle the traffic it already has. We have major issues because we keep adding businesses and homes and not upgrading roads. Also, as a runner who is frequently out on these roads (and I know this goes for hundred of cyclists too) it simply is not safe! We continue to make Clemmons a city that is not pedestrian friendly and this is not acceptable.

Complete impact studies before proceeding. Traffic concerns alone should negate this project

Please, NO! Consider moving the Clemmons library there-its pitifully small for the use it gets, and could easily stand to be tripled in size!

The proposed area does not seem to be an appropriate location for an industrial park. There is already a lot of residential traffic and bikers that flow through this area. The Hampton bridge rebuild was a hot mess regarding traffic. There surely are better options regarding a location for an industrial park. This area would have poor accessibility for a trucker and cause significant delays up and down Middlebrook road and potentially spill over into other areas. I am for growth in the Clemmons area, but I am opposed to this project, as there must be better alternatives as to where to put an industrial park.

This is ridiculous to allow this Industrial Park in an area that is already traffic jammed. Middlebrook Drive cannot handle the additional traffic and you will cause a major problem for the people who live in this area. The first life taken in a traffic accident will be your burden to own.

Please listen to the voices of our Clemmons elected officials and to long-term residential property owners.

I expect the County to live up to their own stated process for building which they have not done!
