NO!!!!! The Village can barely accommodate current traffic. Idols road was not engineered for heavy, industrial trucking. It's a two-lane country road. The last thing this community needs is more industrial bloat with zero planning or forethought.

Middlebrook Road cannot handle additional "commercial" truck traffic. The intersection of Lewisville-Clemmonsville Road & Middlebrook Road is already a nightmare most of time. Adjusting the traffic signal will not accomplish anything to decrease the traffic volume on Middlebrook or make it easier to enter Middlebrook from the residential neighborhoods. The property value of the homes in the area will go down. I moved to the "Village" of Clemmons seven years ago because I wanted to live in a quiet community, not an industrial park. I vehemently oppose the industrial park. This project is not in the best interest of Clemmons.

As a resident of Clemmons West, I am greatly concerned with the required, additional truck traffic on Middlebrook and Idols Rd. I believe this will be putting mine and others safety more at risk. I moved to Clemmons West 18 years ago because of its safety that is offered. I greatly oppose this development.

Looks as if we voted for the wrong individuals to "serve" as county commissioners.

Clemmons roads cannot accommodate the increase in industrial truck traffic and nearby property values will decrease, hurting homeowners and the village (tax base) as a whole. The Village should not consider helping fund the sewer pump station or any other industrial development and the Council should fight against the County's insistence that this plan move forward. I vehemently oppose the industrial park.

Clemmons is a nice town. An industrial park will cause a tremendous amount of unneeded and unwanted commercial traffic. Statistics show home values will be severely affected if this park is allowed. I for one do not want this community to turn into the slums.

This area would be better suited for an extension of Tanglewood Park. It would preserve the quality of life (less traffic congestion, noise, potential danger to walkers and dog walkers in the neighborhood) and be a value to the community. Also the negative impact to the home values is unacceptable, and this will also decrease property tax revenues.

There are so many significant reasons why I oppose this project: 1- I am near retirement and a big part of my future depends on the value of my home; which would be devalued. Currently Clemmons west is considered a very "desirable" neighborhood; I'm sure that would change with an industrial park such as described 2- Middlebrook is not equipped to handle more traffic! It is bad enough as it is in the morning, with waits as long as 5-8 minutes just to get through the oight! They say they will adjust the timing - why don't they do it now! I remember when Idols was closed the traffic backed up to my street - 1 mile away from the light. 3- We choose Clemmons for the quiet and quality of life - not for more trucks.

We moved to Clemmons West 37 years ago for the quality of life the neighborhood provides. We strongly oppose an industrial park, about a block from our home, that will clearly diminish this quality along with our property value.

Current plan will overload traffic on Middlebrook dr. and get worse in future years. Also, Forsyth County and the Village of Clemmons have no set plans for the development of the industrial park.

Traffic, traffic, traffic and more and more congestion. Just what the "village" of Clemmons is not suppose to represent. Yes, we are out of here with more of why we did not choose Winston Salem...give us park, trails, or homes that are residential to match up with already is here.
