Sandwiched between two major residential neighborhoods in Clemmons (West Clemmons and Salem Glen) this parcel of Forsyth County land needs careful handling regarding any development. Additional traffic on a country two lane road that serves both neighborhoods, should not be unnecessarily increased each day by potentially thousands of employee trips and commercial imports/exports. The air quality will drastically decrease and with it the health of the human population and area ecosystem. Let's all consider less impactful development. There should be no rush to develop this county land.

We don't need the extra traffic. The city/county needs to focus getting the trucks out of downtown Clemmons. They should not exit in Clemmons.

This culdesac hurt property value and noise. Cemmons can't handle more truck trafgic. I thought the new connector road on Idols was suppose to take the trucks off Middlebrook Rd and out of Clemmons tiny busy town.

I vote no on an industrial park. Would be terrible for our area and affect our living standard. Business/professional park is better or planned green space.

There should be no manufacturing or heavy industrial adjacent to one of the biggest residential neighborhoods in the Village, and across from our biggest attraction Tanglewood Park.

Living adjacent to an industrial park presents an undesirable option to our peaceful, quiet neighborhood of 36 years. Let's take the necessary action to defeat this development.

Traffice is already terrible on Middlebrook Drive. I usually have a long wait to get out of my driveway. Also, the truck noise is terrible, especial when they engine brake going down the grade past my house.

The traffic on LC road, Middlebrook Dr and Idols Rd are already at maximum congestion. Commercial truck traffic on LC Road is quite heavy for a shopping area, increased develpments will only the congestion worse.

We do not need this industrial park in Clemmons. It would bottleneck our community and lower our home values.

The county commissioners would voted for this clearly don't live in or around Clemmons. The development of this land will create a negative impact to Clemmons and those who live here. The traffic alone will be a nightmare. Our roads are already an issue due to poor planning and too much development. Adding large trucks / 18-wheelers and more employee vehicles going down LV-C Rd and then onto Middlebrook then Idols? These roads are not designed for this. The strip clearing and the paving over will also create storm water runoff and loss of habitat. Home values in will decrease in Clemmons West and other neighborhoods surrounding this area. I promise you, I will remember the names of these county commissioners. You were elected to serve ALL of Forsyth county residents and do what is best for us and this is not it.

It seems unrealistic to expect traffic impact can be handled with signal timing adjustments. Can't see any benefit, only potential problems.

No need for an idustrial park in this area as their are many other empty warehouses in this area and surrounding areas as well. Also, the traffic will be horrendous. More so than it already is due to the infrastructure and roads that cannot be widened any more than they already are. There are already enough tractor trailers as it is coming thru this area.
