We the residents of NYC are tired of this city bleeding its people dry by issuing HUGE fines for ridiculous things like tinted windows on the cars that we work and spend our hard earned money to afford. Especially when we are at risk for car thefts the nicer your car is. When your car is broken into, the most officers do is give you a police report and keep it moving. Thugs can easily walk by and look into your car to see whats in it!
