I formally request the City of Shenandoah to take immediate steps to re-zone this lot (Vision Park Lot 13) in order to protect the privacy and value of the surrounding residential properties in the community and maintain the appeal that our communities are known for. We seek to limit: the height of the structure, the related noise pollution, heavy traffic, and any other negative aspects that are obviously incompatible with a residential area.
The momentum is undeniable. This level of interest proves our neighborhood deserves to be heard.

The traffic down there is already a nightmare during rush hour. Adding a huge building is just asking for an accident. Bad idea.

We bought our house here for the quiet. Its ridiculous that the city would even think about putting something this big right next to our backyards. Please keep the neighborhood safe and quiet.
