This is a totally unnecessary intrusion on the fundamental character of Tanglewood. It’s a PARK for goodness sake.

This will ruin the park! It's a little piece of tranquility in a stressful world. NO EVENTS CENTER IN TANGLEWOOD PARK!

PROTECT the ambience of Tanglewood Park! Coliseum, Convention Center, Kinderton Events Ctr., Stevens Ctr., WFU facilities, W-S State facilities, School of the Arts facilities, Salem College facilities -- What % of time do these facilities sit idle?! Why on earth would we need MORE facilities to sit idle?!

None to little benefit to the citizens of Forsyth County. Like the Festival of Lights, would be another nightmare for the residents of Clemmons.

Tanglewood Park is a park for the families of Forsyth County. It is not a fairground.

Never in Tanglewood or Clemmons! Find a more central area. Too much traffic, noise!

Event centers such as LJVM and the Annex and BBT field have destroyed business around them. It's ghost town around those structures. Why because the traffic was bad and it brought bad behavior in that area. Tanglewood is a park to enjoy the beauty of nature and natural wildlife. This event center will bring a demonic, archonic spirit to the area to destroy God's beauty. The county needs to quit wasting more money on such debauchery

Please do NOT build this in Tanglewood. Stop being so money hungry. Please keep this one and only place around peaceful ! I don't think you realize how much we LOVE Tanglewood

The only reason they are trying to do this here is because the village of Clemmons shut this project down when they tried to put it on Lewisville Clemmons rd. The water shed isn’t large enough to support anything else in this area makes no difference if they put it in Tanglewood or in the village. It’s a bad idea all the way around. Not to mention this monstrosity of a building will destroy the look and feel of the park. Not to mention take away the remainder of the traditional Tanglewood. Horses have been part of the parks history. From back when they horse raced to riding lessons. It’s what makes the park beautiful.

NO! My wife's small businesses and many others that are located directly across the street will take a huge financial loss because the city does an AWFUL job at dealing with mass traffic jams into Tanglewood. Fest of Lites is truly a nightmare for her businesses and also as a homeowner it confines us to our home because we cannot leave our neighborhood because traffic backs up too much. IE: Dec of 2020 her mother's hospice nurse was unable to get to our home in a reasonable timeframe into Asbury Place to administer medicine to her sick mother. Hospice worker was stuck in traffic for 4 hours before she finally got there. This is totally unacceptable. God forbid if it was a life saving event! The city needs to FIX the traffic patterns first and we would suggest using the new highway loop built off Highway 158 to transport cars the back entrance of Tanglewood.

There are plenty of spots that would hold an event venue and not impact this lovely park or the established neighborhoods nearby. We love the stables and being able to visit without lots of traffic.

The county has no obligation to build an event center.
