I am not really against this except that we don’t have the infrastructure to handle all the traffic. We know what kind of mess we get in during the FOL!

The nature of Tanglewood would entirely change. There will not be a place anymore where, walkers, runners, joggers, cyclists, campers, or families can come to be outside and enjoy a beautiful green space. Why would Forsyth County want to do this to the wonderful history of this Park? It was not left to the County for the purpose of making it into a venue for thousands of people to come listen to music, drink, spread trash and fill the roads with traffic. Just imagine the steeple chase day 30-40 times a year. It’s always about money. Why can’t for once the Commissuoners take the high road? An entertainment complex in wonderful Tanglewood?! What a crime!

My descendants settled in Tanglewood
and would not approve of this development. A real disgrace. The Johnson fort has already been defaced with a Golf Course. Come on now, please reject this.

We have an extreme amount of traffic passing our house during the light festival in the fall. Please do not add to that traffic problem during other months of the year as well. Please keep our area pristine not only today but for many years to come.

No!!! I also agree with the comments I have read. This is a bad idea. The peaceful park needs to stay as it is. Litter, more traffic, and noise shouldnt even be in the same sentence as the word PARK!! The park is for nature lovers who enjoying walking, hiking, biking and family time. Not for huge events and concerts. Period.

The coliseum and fairgrounds in Forsyth County are not fully utilized. An additional facility is a waste of tax dollars. An event center at Tanglewood would exacerbate already strained roads, sewer and other infrastructure in Clemmons. Preserve our green spaces!

NO to the Event Center in Tanglewood. I live very close to Tanglewood and DO NOT want all the traffic and noise that this will bring. ALL the residents in my neighborhood are against this!
