We think the people of Forsyth and surrounding communities would be better served with an events center at Bethabara Park. Please, consider conducting a feasability study at Bathabara Park with plenty of road access dense population.

Why don't you build it at Horizons Park? That is a county park also and more rural (plenty of room to build the facility) There is also a lot of vacant land surrounding Horizons park.

I am very much against this facility. This type of facility is not appropriate to Tanglewood. The County owns other properties they can use. Why don't the build it at Horizons Park?

Existing Infrastructure does not support such a facility.

Use the money to update and repair existing buildings. The fairgrounds in W-S can be used for the planned events center. Traffic is bad enough on 158 and would only make it worse. Plus it would be a headache for the surrounding residents, nature and wildlife.

I am totally against the events center. You can use the fairgrounds in Winston-Salem for the proposed activities and not have to disturb the serenity, traffic, wild life & peacefulness enjoyed at Tanglewood.

Do not see even one benefit of this center to anyone who appreciates what we have now in the Clemmons area.

The traffic on 158 is already bad. The park needs to be maintained as it is with beautiful trails, horses and activities.

Just to clarify the quote listed above, the property was willed too the “white” citizens of Forsyth County.

Please do not add unnecessary commercial additions to Tanglewood Park. I visit Tanglewood multiple times per week and am an annual passholder. I would no longer enjoy the park if it wasn't as serene and natural as it is now.

Leave our beautiful peaceful park Alone!! No one wants this ‘improvement’ that is FAR from being anything but an improvement. Take your big ideas with your big money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The county has not demonstrated a need for this facility, and it would create major traffic issues that would affect the business in that area. These businesses and their neighbors suffer during the holiday light traffic.

Please don't do this to Tanglewood. It's a beautiful, serene place for folks, pets and wildlife to enjoy.
