THIS ENTITILES IMMIGRANT PARENTS OF AMERICAN CITIZEN CHILDREN, AFTER FILING AND RECEIVING AN APPROVED I-130 (PETITION OF AN ALIEN RELATIVE) IMMEDIATE ENTRANCE INTO THE UNITED STATES TO FINISH THE IMMIGRATION PROCESS WITH THEIR FAMILIES. and NOT BE ABLE TO DEPORT IMMIGRANT PARENTS WHEN MINOR CHILDREN ARE INVOLVED ALLOWING THEM A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME TO BEGIN AND FINISH IMMIGRATION PROCESS.
