We need people who want to serve their school & community. When we have a person like Phil who goes out of his way to serve for years we should respect him, I sure do.

I can't believe the School Administrators think their actions are in the best interests of the students. Their actions teach the worse, heartless decision making and behavior to students. I feel let down by our school reps and system. Of course Phil deserves one more year!

MMU has done a relative good job over the years of developing COMMUNITY over the 5 town district. Allowing Phil to coach one more season (4 months) is a powerful way to show the MMU Administration that loyalty and community is important. Jim Carter

So many great people out there giving Phil support, not sure how to thank all of you. I want to say that Phil didn't do anything wrong. His plan was to retire after the 2017 season when he went in for his end of season meeting with David Marlow he was told he was done. There is so much more but I can't say right now sad a few have so much power. But again Thank-You and sending you all a big hug.......

A great guy, and a great coach. From U-12 teams to high school, I had nothing but great experiences with Coach Phil and I fully support him as the Cougars Head Coach.
