Everything about that house that morning screams he did it. The way the rifle was handled and the timing is all too convenient for him to be innocent.
My heart still breaks for those poor kids. Paying him blood money is just wrong he ruined 5 lives and they arent here to tell their side.
Justice for the victims not the survivor. Keep the money in the public purse.
The evidence against him was solid the first time around. Just because he managed to drag it out for years doesnt mean he should get paid by the taxpayers.
NEVER. This guy is lucky he is walking free let alone asking for cash.

I believe the person using this model of .22 rifle needed to have confidence in the rifles performance ,the weapons sound suppressor,its sub sonic ammunition,its reliability for semi automatic action and expert knowledge of the magazine and its functions.Mr Robin Bain would not in my opinion have had the necessary practice,knowledge and confidence to have used this weapon in the murder of his family members during the night.
