We, by our signatures below, petition the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment to deny the permit for the Pinon Ridge Uranium Mill. We believe that this proposed uranium mill will negatively impact the public health and safety, as well as the environment and long-term economic stability of the surrounding region now, and far into the future.
Reading through your messages has been eye opening because I had no idea how many people shared my worries about the mill. The experts I have been reaching out to are finally starting to take my emails seriously because of the sheer volume of names attached to this cause.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this because it was never my intention to lead something that would draw this much attention. This movement belongs entirely to the people who took a moment to join in, and I am just humbled to be watching it grow alongside you.
