Prop 1A proposes a 13,000,000,000.00 'rainy day fund', but where will the money come from when its 'rainy' now 2. Prop 1A turns the 'rainy day' fund into a new slush fund for politicians to spend on pet projects. 3. Prop 1A doesn't control overspending or borrowing. 4. Prop 1A gives super powers to the Governor with no checks and balances. 5. Prop 1A triggers unfair tax increases on the middle class, senior citizens and the lower class Californians. as you can see theres nothing good about prop 1a just vote no thanks=]
