This is a residential neighborhood that has been here long before the urban sprawl of Douglas County. City of Centennial, please think of your residents, not just revenue!

I am against this plan.

The business involved need to move their shops to an area that is zoned for businesses such as theirs - not a neighborhood. There are a number of places for sale/rent since lots of businesses have gone out of business. All they have to do is take a little ride around this general area. Please do not change zoning and allowing a parking lot in that location.

If the management of the vapor shop was concerned about parking, they should have opened shop across the street where there is plenty of parking.

Please do not build a parking lot in our neighborhood. That will lower the value of homes in our neighborhood. If anything, those businesses in that corner should move to a different location where they can have more space for parking.

It's sad that the people this will effect the most were the last to hear about the rezoning proposal! Big dollars at work, while the middle class suffer, yet again! Absolutely NO TO REZONING!

Neighbors' should be heard and taken into account since they are the ones living there. A peaceful neighborhood might not be peaceful anymore after this.

There are too many cars in this city. Time to start making it even more difficult to drive.

Who is the developer? Didn't see their name mentioned. We need to call it out.

A parking lot does not belong in this residential neighborhood.

I oppose a rezoning for a parking lot within the Walnut Hills neighborhood unless it can be proven that it will benefit the residents of Walnut Hills. I would like to know the homeowners' opinion of this of whom owns the property which is being proposed for rezoning.

The value and safety of the residential properties should be the most important consideration or the city.

Enough already! A parking lot does nothing for the quality of life. Stop this intrusion of cronyism.

I believe this will negatively affect the property values on Briarwood Ave. and on Willow.
