Totally against the rezoning, talk about the increase of crime it could bring to our neighborhood!

I'm Against Rezoning. Walnut Hills should be kept as homes for families.

I agree that making changes to properties would have negative results to the neighborhood.

I agree. Destroying a home in our neighborhood to build a parking lot is outrageous!

As a long time resident, I don't want to see our neighborhood changed in this way.

The rezoning of residential property to accommodate a parking lot in Walnut Hills is rediculous! The proposal would have negative impacts on property values neighboring the parking lot, benefits only the commercial property and the city of Centennial's tax dept., and disrupts a neighborhood established in 1961. Many of the long term homeowners in the neighborhood, such as myself, find the whole idea absurd! Walnut Hills is a residential community not a commercial shopping center; it should stay that way.

Do not allow a developer to take over part of the Walnut Hill neighborhood. We like our neighborhood as is...If a developer needs more parking...have them find a new place for their business!
